Senior Financial Analyst (Cryptocurrency)

A cryptocurrency trading platform is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Director, Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in contributing to the company’s success! This role is for you if you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a desire to be in a fast-paced tech environment.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with the Finance Team to create and analyze financial reports
• Prepare reports to Management and the Board of Directors
• Update and maintain KPI, AUM and Revenue Reporting
• Lead and build Budget, Forecast and other financial models
• Support accounting end close (monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Support internal and external year-end audits and SOC audits
• Collaborate on other ad-hoc strategic projects

What you'll bring

• You’re a CGA or CPA or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• You have a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Data extraction
• Experience with SQL is an asset
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• You have high organization and time management skills
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple requests
• You have a keen interest in cryptocurrency
