A Senior Associate, Fund Accounting position has become available with a market-leading private equity firm in Toronto. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this role will offer autonomy, challenge, and growth.
The role will entail the periodic NAV review, preparation of financial statements for private equity funds and related entities.
Duties:
- NAV calculation
- P&L reporting
- Periodic cash & position reconciliation
- Preparation of audited financial statements for private funds, and other related entities
- Internal/External reporting
- Preparation of management fee calculations

Key Requirements:
- CPA or CFA qualification required
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (i.e. fund administration business)
- Private equity or Private Credit fund accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Confident and polished communicator; able to work with all levels of seniority
