A market-leading Real Estate firm is looking for a Manager, Fund Accounting to be a part of their highly-rewarding private funds & advisory team. You will be responsible for the accounting & reporting for the commingled funds and separate accounts in the group, including investor reporting and management analysis.
What You'll Do...
- Review the quarterly working papers for funds and accounts (prepared by fund administrator)
- Prepare all funding calls and distributions to limited partners
- Respond to investor queries
- Preparation of schedules for management reports and ensure consistency between the reports and financial information
- Supervise fund accountants

What You Bring...
- CPA designation
- Experience with Private Equity fund accounting (either on the buy side or for a fund administrator)
- Knowledge of & experience with IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE
