Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support their clinic planning function, deliver deeper business insights, and help drive clinic performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a critical financial partner to the Regional Director(s) and Field Operations, owning the clinic budgets and forecasts for their region.

The successful candidate will identify key insights to enable improved operating performance, establishing strong relationships with Regional and Operations Directors within their region.

What you'll do:

  • Establish strong relationships with Regional and Operations Directors within your region
  • Deliver the annual clinic budgets and periodic forecasts for your region in collaboration with the Regional Director(s)
  • Collaborate with the clinic-focused FP&A team and work closely with Corporate FP&A functions
  • Develop and circulate relevant KPIs and tools for the field team to drive operational improvement
  • Measure the clinic performance against defined budgets, forecasts, and operational targets
  • Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and timely reporting to the FP&A team on a weekly or monthly basis

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of previous accounting or finance experience
  • CFA or CPA qualification is highly desirable
  • Proven strong financial modelling skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of developing query/coding for data analytics such as SQL, DAX etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organise and report information
  • Ability to work independently but as part of a team
