Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial close process for various entities, seeking opportunities for process enhancements.
- Handle complex accounting tasks and consolidate financial results for management reporting and compliance.
- Record and manage journal entries and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
- Oversee the preparation of working papers for audits.
- Manage accruals and entries for reporting periods.
- Analyze financial data for management reports and compliance needs.
- Work closely with business units and departments to support finance-related functions.
- Mentor and train new team members, including interns.
- Recommend and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting.
- Contribute to special projects and analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.
