Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Our client is a global agency specializing in customer loyalty, engagement, and experience management that helps brands design and implement loyalty programs that foster meaningful connections with customers, employees, and partners. We are looking for a strong Senior Financial Analyst to support the FP&A team with analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive the business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, highlighting performance against key metrics and identifying trends for improvement.
• Create accurate forecasts and monitor results versus budget, investigate variances, assist in the annual budget preparation, and work with department heads to align budgets with strategic goals, offering insights for necessary adjustments.
• Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to build and maintain financial models supporting business scenarios.
• Identify and recommend improvements for process inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
• Provide financial insights for strategic planning, evaluating new business opportunities with pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within marketing services or service/project based revenue businesses.
• Advanced Excel skills: ability to build Macros, pivot tables & reporting, advanced conditional formatting, data simulations and modeling.
• CPA or CFA is an asset.
• NetSuite knowledge is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
