Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is a global leader in the casino-entertainment industry with an expanding omni-channel presence. They are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team, specialising in Indirect Costs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, providing strategic insights to support business leaders.

What you'll do:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis focusing on indirect costs, margins, and key financial metrics.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports including variance analysis, KPIs, and trends.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial data aligned with business goals.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide insights to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Analyze costs across business units and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to implement cost-saving initiatives and track outcomes.
• Contribute to board-level presentations and reports on financial performance and outlook.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business finance or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to present financial data and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
