We have recently partnered with a prestigious private family office is seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Financial Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with ultra-high-net-worth families on complex financial matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and process expense reporting across 30+ bank accounts

• Coordinate payments, including capital calls, taxes, and personal expenses

• Monitor cash positions and assist with foreign exchange (FX) tracking

• Support investment administration and ensure documentation accuracy

• Liaise with third-party advisors, accountants, and estate managers

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping role

• Strong command of QuickBooks and high-volume transaction environments

• Resourceful, poised, and capable of navigating ambiguous, ad hoc requests

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external stakeholders

• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Experience in a single or multi-family office environment is considered an asset
