We have recently partnered with a prestigious private family office is seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Financial Operations Analyst to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with ultra-high-net-worth families on complex financial matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and process expense reporting across 30+ bank accounts
Coordinate payments, including capital calls, taxes, and personal expenses
Monitor cash positions and assist with foreign exchange (FX) tracking
Support investment administration and ensure documentation accuracy
Liaise with third-party advisors, accountants, and estate managers
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in a financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping role
Strong command of QuickBooks and high-volume transaction environments
Resourceful, poised, and capable of navigating ambiguous, ad hoc requests
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external stakeholders
Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in a single or multi-family office environment is considered an asset
