Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the team and driving growth in the US and Canadian markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand product offerings in new sales channels
Plan and develop marketing programs to expand the business
Establish processes that exceed customer orientation around Quality and Delivery while achieving profitability targets
Resolve warranty claims by ensuring critical customer topics are prioritized and driven to conclusion
Oversee and direct the sales, design and purchasing parts of the organization on a day to day basis
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
A proven track record in sales, with experience in the manufactured millwork product sector
Experience in managing teams, with a passion for developing and motivating people
A strategic mindset, with a track record for executing a vision and achieving results
Strong analytical skills, with experience developing comprehensive sales presentations
Project management skills, with the ability to define objectives, scope, cost, and schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of different backgrounds
