Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join their team in Ontario. This is a hybrid position with the option to work from a number of locations across Ontario.
Preparing non-Canadian quarterly tax provisions, including current and deferred tax computations, effective tax rate reconciliations, and supporting working papers
Assisting with transfer pricing documentation
Preparing foreign reporting forms and coordinating and reviewing foreign income tax filings and foreign tax payments
Preparing tax estimates for quarterly forecasting and annual budget
Maintaining surplus calculations
Researching income tax, Global Minimum Tax, and other tax issues
Communicate with tax authorities and respond to state and federal tax authority audit queries
Assist with tax due diligence for future acquisitions as required
Prepare and deliver tax presentations, and assist with other special projects as required
5+ years expience
US tax or Transfer Pricing experience considered an asset
Experience with public company tax reporting considered an asset
Strong communication skills
