Our client is a top tier law firm seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team in the Turks & Caicos. What you'll do:

• Handle a steady stream of corporate and commercial work referred by other partners
• Draft share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other non-real estate corporate and commercial work
• Contribute to building the firm's reputation as a safe home for financing and advisory work for offshore companies
• Participate in business development activities to help promote and grow the corporate practice
• Attend conferences and training sessions funded by the firm's marketing budget
• Handle corporate referrals from international client base
• Inherit a book of business from a retiring Partner with transparent track to Partnership

What you bring:

• Proven experience in handling complex, high-value corporate work
• Strong knowledge of corporate law
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Ability to contribute to business development activities
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and conferences
• Experience working with offshore jurisdictions would be beneficial
• Minimum 5years PQE to qualify for Work Visa
