Senior Legal Product Specialist- Leading Legal AI Company

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading Legal AI company who are growing and expanding internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Canadian legal team as a Senior Legal Product Specialist, within an already established and rapidly growing company, with endless career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of Senior Legal Product Specialist:

• Working directly with investment teams at some of the world’s largest private equity and debt funds, financial institutions and corporates as they explore transaction opportunities
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts such as confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters, using a combination of the organizations technology and your own legal experience
• Helping establish and agree contract playbooks with current and new clients
• Testing technology products and feeding back issues, bugs and areas for improvement to our engineering and machine learning teams
• As the company continues to grow, you will also have the chance to get involved in exciting business-related projects, including helping to support our future fundraising rounds

Requirements & Qualifications for Senior Legal Product Specialist:

• 1-3 year's experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating the core transnational documents
• Previous experience working with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients is strongly desired
• You will enjoy taking the initiative and seeking answers to interesting practical and legal issues
• Strong relationship building and management skills, with both internaland external teams/stakeholders
• Be motivated by working in a fast-paced, diverse and intellectually challenging environment
