An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience. The role is based in the heart of Toronto, within a boutique litigation firm that was recognised among the best law firms in 2025. This position offers a unique chance to handle a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters, working alongside industry-leading experts and managing a diverse portfolio of challenging cases.

What you'll do:

• Oversee diverse litigation legal cases
• Advise a range of corporate and individual clients
• Collaborate with industry-leading experts
• Handle a portfolio of challenging cases, including commercial disputes, reputation management, estate-related issues, appellate litigation, civil litigation, large scale commercial disputes, tax dispute, franchise litigation, intellectual property, and class action lawsuits

What you bring:

• J.D. from a recognized law school and member in good standing of a law society in Ontario
• A minimum of 4-7 years post-call experience gained at a leading law firm
• Strong knowledge of litigation and commercial disputes
• Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills in English
• Ability to commute to the Toronto office
