What you'll do:

• Maintain and grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Provide expert advice on complex Employment & Labour issues and stay updated on industry trends
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with partners on strategic firm initiatives
• Use your substantial book of business to drive revenue growth and enhance firm visibility

What you bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and membership with the Law Society of Ontario
• Proven experience as a Partner or senior legal professional in Employment & Labour law
• A portable book of business valued at $500,000 or more
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage complex legal matters and offer strategic advice
