Senior SAP Business Analyst FI/CO

A global organization is seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst for Finance and Controlling to join its Toronto team. In this role, you’ll design and implement SAP solutions for complex business needs while collaborating with internal teams and trusted external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior SAP Business Analyst for Finance and Controlling, you’ll translate complex business needs into well‑designed SAP solutions while collaborating closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and external partners. You’ll lead requirement gathering, configuration, documentation, and testing, ensuring each solution enhances efficiency and aligns with user expectations. By fostering open communication and supporting continuous improvement, you help create a collaborative environment where teams can succeed together.

• Elicit, assess, and align business requirements with overall organizational objectives
• Recommend and configure SAP solutions for complex change requests and projects
• Create detailed functional specs, oversee UAT and non‑regression tests to ensure quality
• Train key users on new functionalities and maintain clear process/system documentation
• Act as module lead, guiding delivery while providing reliable daily operational support

• 7+ years of SAP customization experience on major implementation projects, handling complex scenarios with care
• Strong understanding of ABAP and integration methods such as EDI, APIs, and RFC
• Solid knowledge of FI/CO and EWM business processes, plus hands‑on experience with S/4HANA
• Skilled collaborator with excellent communication, organization, analytical thinking, and a calm, supportive approach under pressure
• Customer‑focused professional with mentoring experience and a thoughtful, inclusive problem‑solving style
