Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you’ll lead high‑impact projects across multiple American subsidiaries, guiding initiatives from initial planning through full execution. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring strong communication, solid documentation, and effective change‑management practices.

• Lead approved IT projects from initial demand through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams using established project management methods and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Produce thorough project documentation and collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with long‑term strategy
• Manage inter‑project communication, resolve resource conflicts, and prepare investment requests that articulate strategic value
• Support change‑management efforts, model information flows, and contribute to program‑level planning and performance

Key Requirements:
Your background as a Senior IT Project Manager reflects a strong ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives across global environments while balancing technical insight with exceptional interpersonal skills. You communicate effectively across cultures, adapt easily to diverse infrastructures, and bring a steady, collaborative approach to mentoring and problem‑solving.

• 10+ years of project management experience in large multinational environments, demonstrating professionalism and cultural awareness
• Strong IT project management expertise supported by knowledge of business and logistics processes
• Excellent communication skills that build trust across global stakeholder groups, paired with solid infrastructure understanding (cloud, networking, data centers)
• ERP familiarity; ideally SAP S/4HANA and practical experience valued alongside certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master
• Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent) with fluency in English, German, or French is an added advantage
