Director, Investment Operations

A growing, independent asset management firm is seeking a hands-on Director, Strategic Operations to help scale the business through process improvement and technology implementation. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations, this newly created role will lead cross-functional projects focused on automation, investor operations, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and technology initiatives across fund, investor, and corporate operations

• Drive process automation and data optimization across internal systems and external custodians

• Partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions

• Execute firm-wide initiatives that reduce operational risk and improve investor experience

Qualifications:

• Proven track record leading tech-enabled transformation within investment operations

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Experience with custodians and PMS systems (e.g., Harmony)

• Asset management or private markets background preferred
