Analyst / Accountant - Family Office Operations

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Analyst/Accountant to join their Family Office Operations team. This role offers an attractive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 and is based in the vibrant city of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct client service support, focusing on areas such as client reporting, data governance, and client accounting.

What you'll do:

• Assisting in compiling client quarterly investment reporting.
• Managing client documentation to ensure proper processes have been followed and filed properly.
• Providing support to complete financial statement and tax compliance deadlines.
• Completing other ad hoc tax and accounting tasks as required.
• Executing other ad hoc requests and reporting as required.
• Maintaining accurate records.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Experience in the investment industry is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects of varying priority.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a timeline-driven environment and to integrate and add value in a team environment.
• Experience with Infinite Investment Systems - Harmony is an asset.
