With very limited time to scale, Geismar sought to attract top-tier professionals with not only technical skills to aid the growth but also crucial soft skills.

A multi-channel approach was identified as the optimal approach to deliver the high-volume of different specific skill sets required for the project. The team utilized LinkedIn, next-gen recruitment software and their extensive candidate network to headhunt specialized professionals for the roles.
