ED&I Report: A focus on Age

A consistent finding across our ED&I reports is that there is an inadequate body of research related to disability in the workplace, and consequently the topic remains the most underreported area of focus within the conversation on ED&I. Efforts in ‘closing the disability gap’ are moving at snail's pace. Whilst our research demonstrates notable progression in addressing other areas of workplace-based inequality, dialogue that prioritises disability is often swept under the rug.
